First, click the arrows to:

Choose a Love Springs Card  and a Catalyst Card. 

Then, follow the directions on the Catalyst Card as you Do the Chakra-Chakra. 

Here's how to Do the Chakra-Chakra:  

Read the Love Springs Card to determine which Chakra (we call them Love Springs) each of you will use. 

Gently touch your designated Love Spring to your lover's Love Spring.  

While they are touching…breathe in sync with your lover.

Inhale & exhale 7 relaxed breaths together.  

After 2 or 3 breaths you might feel magical things begin to happen!

Refer to the Chakra Tokens for the location of your Love Springs (Chakras).

The Catalyst Card gives you instructions for an activity to be done during or before the Chakra-Chakra.
